South Haven Hydroponic Outlet at 1220 Phoenix Street, South Haven, Michigan.

The South Haven Store is extremely unprofessional. The customer service is a nightmare. My friend purchased an item and spent $200 on it. She was only able to use it about half a dozen times before it broke. She went back with item to see if the store could do anything to help her. Instead of help she was practically called a liar and even the owner of the store acted the same. She will be using the one year warranty on the product, but will never purchase anything from this location again. Which is very sad for this store since she was just getting started on purchasing equipment for her personal use. Now she will be going else where with her money. Too bad they have no idea how to have good customer service at this store.
